摘　　要：辨识政治哲学的语义本态是政治哲学研究中的一项前提性、基础性作业,而此一问题的解惑可以从理论、历史和实践三大维度予以展开。就词义与概念之理论维度来说,作为合成词的政治哲学理应包含从哲学的视角并运用哲学的方式去认知和处理有关政治的问题,从政治的视角并运用政治的方式去认知和处理有关哲学的问题两个方面,由此可区别实证性的政治科学;从历史嬗变的维度而言,人性理论、价值理论、乌托邦理论系其主体架构,由此还可区别于道德哲学。从现实政治运作与社会生活情景之外在性实践与政治哲学逻辑理绪及其创制过程之内在性实践的维度来考察,以罗尔斯为标识的西方当代政治哲学何以成为显学,恰恰在于解决现代政治哲学遗留下来的且被分析哲学所悬置起来的“平等”问题,而随着经济市场化的纵深拓展,中国社会实存的诸多非正义问题必然昭示着政治哲学的勃兴与繁荣。To identify the semantic state of political philosophy is a prerequisite and basic task in the study of political philosophy,and the solution to this problem can be carried out from three dimensions of theory,history and practice.As far as the theoretical dimension of word meaning and concept is concerned,political philosophy as a compound word should include two aspects:recognizing and dealing with political problems from the perspective of philosophy and using philosophical methods,and recognizing and dealing with philosophical problems from the perspective of politics and using political methods,so as to distinguish positive political science;as far as the dimension of historical evolution is concerned,human nature theory,theory of value and Utopia are the main structure of the theory,which can also be distinguished from moral philosophy.However,from the perspective of the logic of sexual practice and political philosophy and the inherent practice of its creation process,the reason why the contemporary western political philosophy marked by John Rawls has become prominent is precisely to solve the legacy of modern political philosophy.The“equality”problems left behind and suspended by analytic philosophy,and with the development of economic marketization,many unjust problems in Chinese society are bound to show the rise and prosperity of political philosophy.
