摘 要:采用等体积共浸渍法和分步浸渍法制备Pt-Sn/γ-Al2O3催化剂,并在固定床反应器上进行正丁烷脱氢实验研究。结果表明,与共浸渍法相比,分步浸渍法制备的催化剂表现出更高的催化活性。采用等体积浸渍法制备催化剂时,活性组分与载体之间会发生竞争吸附作用,这会影响活性金属组分在载体表面的分散度,进而影响催化剂活性。In this paper,Pt-Sn/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by co-impregnation and sequential impregnation methods,and tested in a fixed-bed reactor for the hydrogenation of n-butane.The results showed that the catalyst prepared by sequential impregnation method had higher catalytic activity than that prepared by co-impregnation method.At the same time,when the catalyst was prepared by equal volume impregnation method,competitive adsorption between the active components and the support happened,which would affect the dispersion of the active metal components on the surface of the support,and then affect the activity of the catalysts.
