摘　　要：目的探讨增大补片腹腔镜下全腹膜外修补术(增大补片TEP术)在治疗成人脐疝中的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年10月~2019年6月于我院进行扩大补片TEP术修补脐疝的9例患者为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,分析该种术式治疗脐疝的临床效果。结果9例患者均成功手术,随访中无复发病例,且无术后和出院后相关并发症的发生,患者恢复均较好。结论增大补片TEP法治疗脐疝和中线腹壁疝效果较好,安全可行。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enlarged laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair(Enlarged TEP)in 9 patients with umbilical hernia.Methods From October 2016 to June 2019,9 cases with umbilical hernia treated with Enlarged TEP were selected as the study subjects.The clinical effects of Enlarged TEP in the treatment of umbilical hernia were retrospectively analyzed.Results The operation was successful in 9 patients.There were no recurrence cases and no complications during follow⁃up.All of the patients recovered well.Conclusion Enlarged TEP has more advantages in the treatment of umbilical hernia and midline abdominal wall hernia,which is worthy of clinical application.
