自制螺旋式开口造口袋在回肠造口患者术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨自制螺旋式开口造口袋在回肠造口患者术后护理中的临床应用效果。方法 选取300例回肠造口术后患者作为研究对象,观察三种不同开口类型造口袋的学会时间、倾倒时间、费用、袋口或双手污染率及主观评价、实用性评价等指标。结果 螺旋式开口造口袋在患者学会时间、倾倒时间、费用、袋口或双手污染率及主观评价、实用性等方面明显优于其他两种造口袋,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。 结论 螺旋式开口造口袋简便易用,节省护理时间,费用相对低廉,实用性较高,可以提高回肠造口患者的生活质量,推荐回肠造口患者使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self⁃made spiral opening pocket in postoperative caring of patients with ileostomy.Methods 300 patients with Ileostomy were enrolled into this study.The learning time,dumping time,cost,the pollution rate of pocket opening or hands,subjective evaluation and practicability were recorded between three kinds of pockets with different opening.Results The spiral opening pocket was superior to the other two types in the patients􀆳learning time,dumping time,cost,pocket opening or hands pollution rate,subjective evaluation and practicability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral opening pocket is easy to use,with high practicability,low cost and less nursing time as well as improving the quality of life of patients with ileostomy,and deserve to be used in ileostomy patients.
