摘　　要：快速成纱工艺增加了粗纱的不规则性,改善了纤维的取向。粗纱捻度和纤维取向影响成纱质量和纤维的迁移。探讨了锭速、隔距和捻度对粗纱强度和纤维排列的影响。The speed frame process adds the irregularity in roving,and fiber orientation improves.Twist value and fiber orientation in roving influence the yam quality and fiber migration.An attempt has been made to study the effect of spindle speed,spacer size and twist on roving tenacity and fiber arrangement in it.
