摘  要:随着我国水资源短缺的形势愈加严峻,采用空气作为冷却介质的直接空冷机组在电力建设中得以快速发展。以国内某直接空冷机组为研究对象,检测到该空冷机组的实际运行过程中易出现散热器冻结问题。针对散热器冻结问题,分析了环境温度过低、蒸汽流量分配不均、不凝性气体和真空泄露等造成散热器冻结的成因,并从设计、启动、运行和停机四个方面提出了散热器防冻措施。The situation of water shortage is becoming more and more serious.The direct air-cooled unit using air as the cooling medium has developed rapidly in the power construction.In this paper,a direct air-cooled unit in China is taken as the research object,and the problem of radiator freezing is detected in the actual operation.In view of the problem of radiator freezing,this paper analyzes the causes of radiator freezing caused by low ambient temperature,uneven distribution of steam flow,non-condensable gas and vacuum leakage.Finally,the author puts forward anti freezing measures for radiator from four aspects of design,start,operation and shutdown.
