摘 要:风洞的流场品质是衡量风洞设计的主要指标,也是设计各类风洞试验的主要依据。根据《高速风洞和低速风洞流场品质规范》对西华大学自主设计的一座低湍流度直流式风洞流场进行综合标定,通过热线风速仪、七孔探针、压力扫描阀、皮托管等设备对风洞的性能参数进行试验测定。测定结果显示:变频器输出频率与试验段风速呈良好的线性正比关系;气流的动态压力稳定性和均匀性较理想,湍流度小于1%,气流偏角小于0.5°。这表明该风洞的研制符合要求,既能满足科研需要,又可用于教学实验,相关的风洞设计参数和标定方法也可用于同类型风洞的设计和标定。The flow field quality of the wind tunnel is the main indicator for wind tunnel design,and it is also the main basis for designing various wind tunnel tests.According to the"High-speed wind tunnel and low-speed wind tunnel flow field quality standard",a low-flow DC wind tunnel flow field independently designed by Xihua University was comprehensively calibrated through the tests of equipments such as hot wire anemometer,seven-hole probe,pressure scanning valve,and so on.The wind tunnel flow field measurement results show that the output frequency of the inverter has a good linear proportional relationship with the wind speed of the test section.The dynamic pressure stability and uniformity of the airflow are ideal.The turbulence is less than 1%,and the airflow declination is less than 0.5°.The development of the wind tunnel meets the requirements,and it can meet the needs of scientific research and teaching experiments.The relevant wind tunnel design parameters and calibration methods can also be used for the design and calibration of the same type of wind tunnel.
