建筑用彩色压型钢板的使用寿命探讨

摘　　要：彩色压型钢板在我国已历经了四十年应用历程,广泛应用于工业建筑和公共建筑的围护结构。当前,国产彩色压型钢板已逐渐进入了稳定发展阶段。根据调研结果:符合GB/T 12754-2006《彩色涂层钢板及钢带》的热镀锌基板聚酯彩色压型钢板工程实际使用时间远大于GB 50896-2013《压型金属板工程应用技术规范》中相对使用寿命的年限。通过对彩色压型钢板使用寿命有关问题的探讨,建议用GB 50018-2002《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》维护年限作为彩色压型钢板使用寿命的衡量标准。Prepainted profiled steel sheet has been widely used in the envelop enclosure of industrial buildings and public buildings for 40 years in China. The application of domestic prepainted steel sheet has gradually entered a stable development stage.According to the survey results, for hot-dip galvanized substrate polyester Color Profile Steel Plate in Line with Prepainted Steel Sheet(GB/T 12754-2006), the actual service life of the prepainted steel sheet is far greater than the relative service life defined in Technical Code for Application of Profiled Metal Sheets(GB 50896-2013). Based on the discussions on the service life of prepainted profiled steel sheet, it was suggested to use the maintenance life defined in Technical Code of Cold-Formed Thin-Wall Steel Structures(GB 50018-2002) as the service life to evaluate the real service life of the prepainted profiled steel sheet.
