摘　　要：施工电梯和附着式升降脚手架(简称"外爬架")是施工现场常用的两种施工设备,通常在主体结构施工时,外爬架覆盖了主体结构顶部4~5层,施工电梯在"外爬架"下面2~4层,两种设备是分离的,施工人员无法通过施工电梯达到"外爬架"覆盖层,更不能到达"外爬架"顶部作业层,施工效率很低。在分析了施工现场施工电梯和"外爬架"工作关系的基础上,通过节点设计、部件改造、施工工艺等研究,将施工电梯与外爬架进行整合联动,使施工电梯可以运行到外爬架覆盖的楼层,最高可达施工作业层,有效提高了施工电梯的使用效率和整个施工管理的工作效率。Builder’s hoist and external climbing frame are two kinds of construction equipment commonly used in construction site,usually in the construction of the main structure, the external climbing frame covers the top 4 th to 5 th story of the main structure, and the builder’s hoist only reaches 2 nd to 4 th story below the climbing frame. The two kinds of equipment are separated. Workers can not reach the overburden of climbing frame by the builder’s hoist,also not reach the top working surface,that caused inefficiency. It analyzed the relationship between builder’s hoist and external climbing frame,by means of research on joint design,component renovation and construction technigue,so integrated the builder’s hoist and external climbing frame. So that the builder’s hoist could reach story covered by external climbing frames and reach the top working surface,which effectively improved the efficiency.
