摘　　要：在全球化背景下,传统的中外档案合作交流模式面临转型,具有中国特色的档案合作交流模式正在形成。新时代中外档案合作交流的实践探索主要围绕“一带一路”框架下的档案文化合作交流、档案知识共建共享、技术标准共商共建与档案记忆研究交流四个方面展开。理论基础涉及全球档案治理理论、档案多元论、档案行动主义等。在厘清新时代中外档案合作内外环境的基础上,建立合作机制,构建新时代合作交流模式。Under the background of globalization,traditional cooperation and exchange mode of archives between China and foreign countries is undergoing transformation,and a pattern of archives cooperation and exchange with Chinese characteristics is taking shape.The practice of sino-foreign archives cooperation and exchange in the new era mainly focuses on the four aspects:archival culture cooperation and exchange under the framework of'the Belt and the Road',archive knowledge sharing and construction,technical standards joint construction.The theoretical basis involves global archives governance,archival pluralism,archival pluralism and archival activism.On the basis of clarifying the internal and external environment of sino-foreign archive cooperation in the new era,this paper proposes to establish the cooperation mechanism and establish a cooperation mechanism and build a cooperation and exchange model in the new era.
