序列治疗理念下唇腭裂患儿家庭社会工作服务探究

摘　　要：在唇腭裂序列治疗中,多学科团队根据患儿家庭不同阶段的需求制定治疗方案,其中社会工作者主要为患儿家庭提供心理社会支持。以序列治疗理念为指导,分析在不同治疗阶段,特别是婴幼儿期、学龄期、青春期唇腭裂患儿及家属的心理社会特点,并且根据不同阶段需求梳理可以开展的社会工作服务干预;在此基础上,笔者提出社会工作服务贯穿于唇腭裂序列治疗的始终,在唇腭裂患儿服务中坚持家庭为本的原则,将院前干预与院中-院后干预有机配合。In the sequential treatment of cleft lip and palate,multidisciplinary teams formulate treatment plans according to the needs of different stages of the children patients’family at different stages.Among them,social workers mainly provide psychosocial support to the families of children patients.Guided by the concept of sequential therapy,this paper analyzed the psychosocial characteristics of children with cleft lip and palate and their families at different stages of treatment,especially the infant,school age and adolescence,and sorted out the intervention of social work services that can be carried out according to the needs of different stages.On this basis,the author put forward that social work services would run through the whole treatment of cleft lip and palate,adhere to the family-oriented principle in the services for children with cleft lip and palate,and integrate pre-hospital intervention with in-hospital and post-hospital intervention.
