摘　　要：立足于“乐生讳死”的中国传统文化背景,在哀伤辅导理论的指导下,聚焦医疗场域中濒死期的儿童临终过程,通过真实案例来探究如丧子家属、病友、病友家属、医护人员、医务社工及志愿者不同哀伤主体的情绪表达,以及医务社工针对不同主体进行哀伤辅导的干预重点和干预形式。总结了儿童临终过程中不同哀伤主体的哀伤辅导实践模式,旨在充实本土化哀伤辅导理论基础,提升儿童临终关怀服务质量,丰富医学人文关怀举措。Based on the traditional Chinese culture background of“happy life and avoid death”,this study focused on the dying process of children in the medical field under the guidance of the grief counseling theory.Real cases were analyzed to explore the emotional expression of different grief subjects,such as bereaved family members,wardmate,family members of wardmate,medical staff,medical social workers and volunteers,etc.,as well as the intervention focus and form of medical social workers’grief counseling for different subjects.This study summarized the grief counseling practice mode of different grief subjects in the dying process of children.The purposes of this study are to substantiate the theory of local grief counseling practice,improve the service quality of children s hospice care service and enrich the medical humanistic care measures for children.
