摘　　要：二甲基亚砜法聚丙烯腈碳纤维原丝生产过程中会产生聚合纺丝凝固液和聚合釜洗釜物料,2股物料中都含有二甲基亚砜。通过对聚合纺丝凝固液进行减压精馏研究,确定了其中二甲基亚砜回收的工艺流程、工艺条件和收率。确定了采用反应工艺对聚合釜洗釜物料进行预处理,之后采用精馏工艺进行回收,并对影响回收率的因素进行了探讨,回收产品质量达到使用指标要求。Polymerization liquid washing wastewater and polymerizer washing wastewater are produced in the production of polyacrylonitrile.The two streams of wastewater contain dimethyl sulfoxide.The process flow,process conditions and yield of dimethyl sulfoxide recovery from water-washing wastewater of polymer liquor were determined by vacuum distillation.The reaction process was used to pretreat the wastewater from the water washing of the polymerizer,and then the distillation process was used to recover the wastewater.The factors affecting the recovery rate were discussed.The quality of the recovered product met the requirements of the use index.
