摘　　要：目的:比较不同厂家玄麦甘桔颗粒质量差异。方法:依照2015年版《中国药典》一部玄麦甘桔颗粒质量标准对本院以及9个不同市售厂家18批次的样品进行含量、性状、溶化性以及粒度检查,考察其质量。结果:18批次样品性状、溶化性以及粒度检查均符合规定,但是不同厂家、不同批次之间含量差异较大。结论:不同厂家、不同批次玄麦甘桔颗粒质量均存在显著差异,各厂家需进一步做好质量控制。Objective To compare the quality different of Xuanmai Ganjie Granules from different manufacturers.Methods Accordance with the“Chinese Pharmacopo-eia”2015 edition of a Xuanmai Ganjie Granules quality standards for our hospital and nine commercial different manufacturers of 18 batches of content,character,di-ssolubility and particle size,examining its quality.Results All in compliance with the provisions of 18 batches of character,dissolubility and particle size,but diff-erent manufacturers,different batches of content high and low.Conclusion The-re were significant difference among Xuanmai Ganjie Granules of different manufa-cturers or different batches produced by manufacturer.Each manufacturer needs to further improve the quality control.
