瑶药红钻洗剂治疗产后会阴切口水肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瑶药红钻洗剂治疗产后会阴切口水肿的临床疗效。方法:将60例经阴道分娩行会阴侧切术后出现产后切口水肿的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各30例。两组产妇均于产后缝合术后12 h内开始治疗,对照组用50%硫酸镁溶液的纱布湿敷于会阴切口水肿处,20 min/次,观察组用“瑶药红钻洗剂”熏蒸,20 min/次,然后两组均例行微波治疗仪透热20 min,连续治疗3 d,分别于产后24 h、48 h、72 h观察两组产妇会阴切口水肿消退情况和切口愈合情况,随访至产后1周。结果:观察组产妇产后会阴切口水肿消退时间早于对照组(P<0.05),会阴切口愈合情况与对照组相当(P>0.05)。结论:“瑶药红钻洗剂”熏蒸治疗可促进产妇产后会阴切口水肿的消退,且不影响切口的愈合。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yaoyao hong zuan lotion in the treatment of postpartum perineal incision edema.Methods 60 cases of vaginal delivery receing lateral incision after postpartum incision edema were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups of 30 cases each.Two groups of maternal postpartum treatment began from the suture after 12 h,the control group with 50%Magnesium Sulfate solution wet gauze on the perineum cut slobber swelling,20 min/times,Yaoyao hong zuan lotion fumigation observation group,20 min/times,and then two groups were underwent microwave therapy diathermy for 20 min utes,continuous treatment 3 d,respectively after 24 h,48 h,72 h were observed in two groups of perineal incision edema and incision healing,followed up to 1 weeks postpartum.Results the observation group of postpartum perineal edema subsided earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05),perineal incision healing and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Yaoyao hong zuan lotion fumigation treatment can promote postpartum perineal edema subsided,and does not affect the healing of the incision.
