摘 要:使用双螺杆挤出机,采用共混改性方法制备玻璃纤维(GF)增强尼龙66(PA 66)复合材料(GF-PA 66),并对其结构、热性能和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:制备的GF质量分数分别为20%,25%,30%的GF-PA 66复合材料的密度均低于1.4 g/cm 3,GF在GF-PA 66复合材料体系中呈现纤维交错复杂的网络结构;GF-PA 66复合材料的起始热降解温度均在320℃以上,具有较好的耐热性;随着GF含量的增加,GF-PA 66复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量升高,当GF质量分数达到30%时,复合材料的拉伸强度为147.4 MPa,比纯PA 66提高了75%,弯曲强度达到202 MPa,比纯PA 66提高了112%,弯曲模量达到7783.3 MPa,比纯PA 66提高了175%;随着GF含量的增加,GF-PA 66复合材料的悬臂梁冲击强度先降低后升高,当GF质量分数为30%时,复合材料的悬臂梁冲击强度高于纯PA 66。Glass fiber(GF)reinforced nylon 66(PA 66)composite(GF-PA 66)was prepared by blending modification on a twin-screw extruder.The structure,thermal property and mechanical properties of GF-PA 66 composite were characterized.The results showed that the density of the GF-PA 66 composites with 20%,25%and 30%GF by mass fraction was all lower than 1.4 g/cm 3,and GF in GF-PA 66 composite system presented a complex network structure of interlaced fibers;the initial thermal degradation temperatures of the GF-PA 66 composites were all above 320℃,indicating a favorable heat resistance;the tensile strength,bending strength and bending modulus of the GF-PA 66 composites increased with the increase of GF content,and the tensile strength of the composite was 147.4 MPa,75%higher than that of pure PA 66,the bending strength was 202 MPa,112%higher than that of pure PA 66,and the blending modulus was 7783.3 MPa,175%higher than that of pure PA 66,when the GF content reached 30%by mass fraction;and the cantilever impact strength of the GF-PA 66 composites decreased first and then increased with the increase of GF content and was higher than that of pure PA 66 at a GF mass fraction of 30%.
