摘 要:应用Vario MICRO cube元素分析仪,测定碳纤维中的碳含量(W C),探讨了固定氧气流量下不同加氧时间,以及碳纤维的上浆量对碳纤维的W C测试结果的影响。结果表明:采用标准工作曲线法,按CHN模式操作要求,将氧气流量固定为25 mL/min,得出了最佳的加氧时间为107 s;碳纤维的上浆量使碳纤维的W C结果偏低,测试碳纤维的W C之前必须对其进行去浆处理;在最佳的仪器操作条件下,采用加入标准物质乙酰苯氨和蒽分别进行方法准确性验证,加入乙酰苯胺的回收率为99.68%~100.29%,加入蒽的回收率为100.20%~100.45%;7次测定日本东丽公司的T300B-6K碳纤维和中国石油吉林石化公司的JHT300-6K碳纤维的W C的相对标准偏差分别为0.11%,0.10%;进口碳纤维和国产碳纤维的W C为92.50%~96.72%。The carbon content(W C)in carbon fiber was determined with Vario MICRO cube element analyzer.The effects of different oxygenation time at a certain oxygen flow and the sizing amount of carbon fiber on the W C determination result of carbon fiber were discussed.The results showed that the optimal oxygenation time was decided as 107 s when the oxygen flow rate was set at 25 mL/min according to the requirements of CHN mode operation by using standard working curve method;carbon fiber should be desized before the determination of W C because the sizing amount caused the low measured W C value of carbon fiber;the accuracy of the method was verified by adding the reference materials,i.e.acetanilide and anthracene,under the optimized operating conditions,and the recovery rates of acetanilide and anthracene were 99.68%-100.29%and 100.20%-100.45%,respectively;the relative standard deviations of W C based on 7 times of determinations were 0.11%for T300B-6K carbon fiber of Toray Company in Japan and 0.10%for JHT300-6K carbon fiber of Jilin Petrochemical Company of China National Petroleum Corporation;and W C of imported and China-made carbon fibers was 92.50%-96.72%.
