摘　　要：目的:探讨对心肌缺血患者使用马来酸桂哌齐特进行治疗的临床效果.方法:将2018年2月至11月在四川省人民医院进行治疗的67例心肌缺血患者随机分为REF组(n=33)和OBS组(n=34).对两组患者均进行常规治疗.在此基础上,对OBS组患者使用马来酸桂哌齐特进行治疗.然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标和治疗的效果.结果:接受治疗后,OBS组患者的红细胞压积、全血黏度及血浆黏度均低于REF组患者,P<0.05;OBS组患者的红细胞聚集指数小于REF组患者,P<0.05;OBS组患者的红细胞变形指数大于REF组患者,P<0.05;OBS组患者治疗的总有效率高于REF组患者,P<0.05.结论:对心肌缺血患者使用马来酸桂哌齐特进行治疗,可有效地改善其血流,缓解其临床症状.objective:to investigate the clinical effect of cinepazide maleate in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.Methods:67 patients with myocardial ischemia who were treated in sichuan provincial people*s hospital from February to November 2018 were randomly divided into REF group(n=33)and OBS group(n=34).Both groups were treated routinely.On this basis,patients in the OBS group were treated with cinepazide maleate.Then,the clinical indicators and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,the hematocrit,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of patients in the OBS group were lower than those in the REF group,P<0.05.The erythrocyte aggregation index of the OBS group was lower than that of the REF group,P<0.05.The erythrocyte deformation index of the OBS group was greater than that of the REF group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of OBS group was higher than that of REF group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the use of cinepazide maleate in the treatment of myocardial ischemia can effectively improve the blood flow and relieve the clinical symptoms.
