用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断膀胱癌的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断膀胱癌的效果.方法:选择2016年1月至2018年12月期间苍溪县人民医院收治的63例膀胱癌患者(其病情经手术探查和术后病理检查得到确诊)作为研究对象.术前,对这些患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察用此检查方法诊断其病情的准确率.结果:用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断这63例患者病情的准确率为93.65%.对这63例患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查时其病灶的检出率为82.05%.结论:用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断膀胱癌的准确性较高,但患者病灶的检出率不高.objective:to investigate the effect of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of bladder cancer.Methods:a total of 63 patients with bladder cancer admitted to cangxi county people's hospital from January 2016 to December 2018(whose condition was confirmed by surgical exploration and postoperative pathological examination)were selected as subjects.Before the operation,color doppler ultrasonography was performed on all these patients to observe lhe accuracy of diagnosis of their condition by this method.Results:the accuracy of color doppler ultrasonography was 93.65%.The detection rate of the lesions was 82.05%.when color doppler ultrasonography was performed on the 63 patients.Conclusion:the accuracy of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of bladder cancer is high,but the detection rate of lesions in patients is not high.
