摘  要:为研究7A04铝合金材料的力学性能和本构模型,完成了15个取自圆管管材的材性试样的静力拉伸试验,对比分析了试验所得的应力-应变曲线与Ramberg-Osgood模型、Baehre模型、Mazzolani模型。分析结果表明:Ramberg-Osgood模型与试验所得的应力-应变曲线吻合最好,尤其是在拐点附近;所求得Ramberg-Osgood模型中的应变硬化指数n值略小于SteinHardt的建议取值。In order to study the mechanical properties and constitutive model of 7 A04 aluminum alloy material,the static tensile tests of 15 specimens taken from circular tubes were completed. The stress-strain curves obtained from the test were compared with Ramberg-Osgood model, Baehre model and Mazzolani model. The results showed that the Ramberg-Osgood model agreed best with the stress-strain curves obtained from the test, especially near the inflection point. The strain hardening exponent n in the Ramberg-Osgood model was a little less than the recommended value of SteinHardt.
