腹腔镜直肠悬吊固定术治疗15例成人完全性直肠脱垂的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜直肠悬吊固定术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年4月至2019年11月于本科室行腹腔镜直肠悬吊固定术治疗的15例成人完全性直肠脱垂患者临床资料,记录临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、记录术后1个月并发症,以及术后随访情况。结果 15例患者均顺利完成手术,痊愈出院。平均手术时间为(2.87±0.77) h,术中平均出血量(18.00±4.76) mL,平均住院时间为(7.33±1.50) d。术后1个月未见肠梗阻、肠瘘、腹腔感染等并发症。随访1~24个月,均未见复发,排便基本正常,排便不净感、肛门下坠等症状均有不同程度的缓解。随访期间患者可恢复正常生活和工作。结论腹腔镜直肠悬吊固定术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂安全且疗效可靠,具有良好的临床推广应用价值。Objectives To investigate the effect of laparoscopic rectopexy in treating adult patients with complete rectal pro⁃lapse.Methods This was a retrospective analysis of 15 adult patients with complete rectal prolapse treated with laparoscopic rectopexy between April 2017 and November 2019 in our department.The following were recorded:effectiveness,duration of sur⁃gery,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization,complications within one month after surgery,recurrence and symptoms at postopera⁃tive follow-ups.Results All surgeries were uneventful and all 15 patients were cured and discharged.The average duration of surgery was(2.87±0.77)h,the average intraoperative blood loss was(18.00±4.76)mL,and the average hospitalization was(7.33±1.50)d.No intestinal obstruction,intestinal fistula,or abdominal infection was observed within one month after surgery.Patients were followed-up for 1~24 months,and no recurrence was reported.Bowel movement was relatively normal with different degrees of symptom relief such as straining and rectal tenesmus.All patients resumed normal living and working activities.Conclusion Laparoscopic rectopexy was effective and safe in treating adult patients with complete rectal prolapse,and had good clinical appli⁃cation value.
