摘 要:探讨基于动态模糊解耦补偿器的纺织厂空调控制策略。针对纺织厂空调控制系统的调节难度较大这一现状,设计一个纺织厂空调控制系统,以STM32为主处理器,提出了一种基于模糊解耦补偿器的动态调节算法。实践表明:采用该系统在动态模糊解耦控制方式下,车间温度调节误差可达到±0.5℃,相对湿度调节误差可达到±1%,节电13.8%。认为:该系统具有动态性能优良、控制精度高、节能效果显著等特点,能满足纺织空调控制要求。The air conditioning control strategy of textile mills based on dynamic fuzzy compensation decoupling unit was discussed.Aimed at the status of larger regulation difficulty for the air conditioning control system of the textile mills,an air conditioning control system for textile mills were designed.STM32 was used as main processor.A kind of dynamic regulation algorithm based on fuzzy compensation decoupling unit was put forward.The practice showed that the temperature regulation error at workshop could be reached±0.5℃and the relative humidity regulation error could be reached±1%when the system was adapted with dynamic fuzzy compensation decoupling control method.The power saving was 13.8%.It is considered that the system has characteristics as excellent dynam-ic property,higher control accuracy,obvious energy saving effect and so on.It can meet the requirementof textile air conditioning.
