摘 要:为探究压纱盘递进载荷与纤维运动规律之间的适配规律及其自适应调节能力对成纱结构和性能的影响,分析了纺纱过程中集聚压纱盘自适应作用原理及力学模型。设计了6组递进载荷压纱盘试验方案,对比研究了所纺赛络纺纱线的表观结构、条干、毛羽和强伸性能。结果表明:不同载荷集聚压纱盘与纤维运动状态存在适配曲线,过小载荷无法自适应调节纤维包缠,过大载荷对纤维强控制,限制其充分转移;最适载荷压纱盘可以自适应调控表层纤维紧密缠绕,提高纤维利用率,改善条干性能,减少毛羽,提升纱线强力。In order to explore the self-adaptive rule between compact pressing plate progressive load with fiber movement and the influence of its self-adaptive control ability on yarn structure and properties,the action principle and mechanical model of the self-adaptability for condensed compact pressing plate in the spinning process were analyzed.Six groups of experimental schemes for the progressive load compact pressing plates were designed.The surface structure,evenness,hairiness and strength of the siro spun yarns were compared and studied.The test results showed that there were matching curves between different load compact pressing plates with fiber movement states.Fiber tangling could not be self-adaptively adjusted by smaller load.Larger load could control the fiber strongly but its full transition was restrained.The suitable load compact pressing plate could self-adaptively adjust and control the surface fibers with tight tangling.The fiber usage rate was increased.The yarn evenness was improved.The hairiness was reduced and the yarn strength was enhanced.
