摘　　要：探讨多通道环锭纺纱技术的应用情况。基于双通道纺纱技术研究,列举了后罗拉式双通道纺纱、前后胶圈式双通道纺纱和辅助罗拉式双通道纺纱技术的纺纱原理、纱线结构特征,并指出三种纺纱方法存在的不足。阐述了三通道纺纱技术中三色段彩纱、三色段彩变色竹节纱、复合结构多彩纱共三种典型结构纱线的纺纱原理。实践证明:多通道环锭纺纱技术配合集聚纺纱技术可有效改善新型花式纱线的质量。认为:多通道环锭纺纱技术在加工的可塑性和品种多样化方面,具有较大的产品开发优势。The application situation of multichannel ring spinning technology was discussed.Based on double channel spinning technology research,the spinning principle and yarn structure properties of back roller type double channel spinning,front&back apron type double channel spinning and auxiliary roller type double channel spinning technology were listed.The disadvantages of three spinning methods were pointed out.The spinning principle of three typical yarn structures with three channel spinning technology including three colors segment color yarn,three colors segment color discoloration slub yarn and composite structure multicolor spot yarn were explained.The practice showed that new fancy yarn quality could be effectively improved by multichannel ring spinning technology matching with condensed spinning technology.It is considered that multichannel ring spinning technology has great advantage for product development in the aspects like production plasticity and diversification of varieties.
