解决赛络集聚纺突发性质量问题的措施

摘　　要：主要围绕赛络集聚纺几种突发性质量问题进行分析并提出相应的解决措施。结合生产实践,对赛络集聚纺生产过程中易产生的严重细节、密集性大粗节、规律性竹节、毛羽多、络筒接头不良、布面横档、织造起辫子纱等突发性质量问题进行分析。指出:此类问题产生的根源主要在于设备状态和操作不良、捻度设计不合理和使用不当。认为:在生产过程中要加强日常检查和管理工作,对细纱喂入喇叭口、负压槽、摇架、网格圈、胶辊胶圈和络筒捻接器等使用状态进行全面细致的检查,纠正粗纱喂入打扭、共穿同一喇叭口的不良操作,合理捻度设计和根据不同产品特点合理使用等,将预防与整改相结合,才能尽可能减少各种突发性质量问题,提高纱线质量和企业效益。Several sudden quality issues during siro condensed spinning were focused and analyzed,the corresponding measures were put forward.Combining with production practice,the sudden quality issues in siro condensed spinning production like serious thin places,regular slub,more hairiness,bad joint in spooling,cross bar in the fabric surface,braid yarn caused by weaving and so on were analyzed.It was pointed out that the root causes of this kind of issues mainly included the equipment condition,bad operation,unreasonable design of twist and misused.It is considered that daily check and management should be strengthened in the production.The usage conditions like feeding horn mouth of spinning,negative pressure groove,cradle,lattice apron,rubber-covered roller apron,spooling splicer and so on should be overall carefully checked.The bad operations like feeding with twist and sharing one horn mouth in roving process should be corrected.The twist should be reasonably designed and be used according to the properties of different products.Combining the precaution with rectification,each kind of sudden quality issue can be reduced as much as possible,the yarn quality and enterprise benefit can be improved.
