新型加长上销的使用效果

摘　　要：探讨Q187028型加长上销和T187028型加长上销的使用效果。分析了两种加长上销的设计原理,阐述了加长上销改善主牵伸区浮游纤维控制力的作用。针对两种上销在使用中出现的问题,通过合理的工艺参数优化,采用不同的上销规格进行纺纱试验对比。结果表明:合理的工艺搭配两种加长上销纺纱,普梳品种的质量指标改善明显,精梳品种的质量指标稳定。认为:科学使用Q187028型和T187028型加长上销有助于成纱质量的提升。Use effects of Q187028 type lengthened top pin and T187028 type lengthened top pin were discussed.Design principles of two lengthened top pins were analyzed.Effects of lengthened top pins to improve control of floating fibers in the main drafting area were explained.Aiming at problems in use of two top pins,through reasonable process parameter optimization,different top pin specifications were used to compare spinning tests.The results showed that through adopting reasonable technology combined with two lengthened top pins spinning,quality index of carded varieties was significantly improved and quality index of combed varieties was stable.It is considered that scientific use of Q187028 and T187028 type lengthened top pin is helpful to improve yarn quality.
