摘　　要：探讨棉纺企业在节能降耗和减少用工方面所采取的措施。从原料、工艺、设备操作、专件器材、空调及空压系统等方面分析了节能降耗和减少用工的方法。指出:纺纱的每个环节都有节能降耗的方法和减少用工的措施,要合理利用、优化组合。认为:棉纺企业采取的节能降耗、减少用工的措施有利于降低吨纱成本,减轻员工劳动强度和增加收入,各个工序、各个机台都要通过精细化管理,并逐步实现智能化纺纱,可使纺纱更加高效、高速、优质。Measures taken by cotton spinning enterprises to save energy and reduce labor were discussed.From aspects of raw materials,processes,equipment operation,special accessary,air conditioning and air compressor systems,methods of energy saving and labor reduction were analyzed.It was pointed out that methods of energy saving and measures of labor reduction were existed in each spinning process.It was necessary to make rational use and optimize the combination.It is considered that measures of energy saving and labor reduction taken by cotton textile enterprises are helpful to reducing yarn cost per ton,reducing labor intensity and increasing income of employees.Each process and machine must be finely managed and intelligent spinning can be gradually realized which make spinning more efficient,higher speed and higher quality.
