摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较分析法等研究方法,研究分析美国、英国、日本等体育发达国家的政策评估法律法规以及体育政策评估体系,主要结论如下:这些国家普遍选择多元的评估主体,采用科学的评估标准,综合运用多种评估方法,将评估结果及时反馈给利益相关者和其他使用者,力争实现评估结果运用的最大化,以提升体育政策绩效水平。对我国的启示包括促进体育政策评估主体多元化和专业化、重视评估标准的权威性、完善评估专家组制度、构建评估结果的反馈及运用机制等。With methods of literature review,expert interview and comparative analysis,this article analyzes the policy evaluation laws and new measures of sport policy evaluation in the sport powerhouse like the United States,the United Kingdom,and Japan. These countries cultivate diversified evaluation subjects,adopt scientific evaluation standards and various evaluation methods and let the stakeholders know about evaluation results right away,in order to take full advantage of evaluation results and improve the performance of sport policies. The enlightenments include cultivating diversified and professional evaluation subjects,emphasizing authoritative evaluation standards,improving expert group system which is in charge of choosing appropriate evaluation methods,and establishing the mechanism for strengthening the feedback and application of evaluation results.
