摘　　要：目的探索应用DRGs(疾病诊断相关分组)对某市辖区内18家二级及以上综合医院医疗服务绩效进行评价。方法应用东华软件DRGs住院医疗服务监测与分析系统,采用DRGs医疗服务绩效评价方法,评估分析某市二级及以上综合医院2015-2017年病案首页信息。结果评估分析了18家医院的医疗服务能力、效率、安全及学科发展均衡性,并在此基础上测算了医疗服务总绩效。结论医疗服务绩效评价结果显示,该市医疗服务质量稳步提升,DRGs评价方法在该地区可行有效。Objective To explore the application of Diagnosis Related Groups(DRGs)in evaluating the medical services performance in 18 tertiary and secondary general hospitals in a city.Method To analyze the information on the first page of medical records in the Donghua Software DRGs inpatient medical service monitoring and analysis system of tertiary and secondary general hospitals in a city from 2015 to 2017,using DRGs medical services performance evaluation method.Results Medical services capacity,efficiency,safety and discipline development equilibrium in the 18 hospitals were separately evaluated and analyzed.And the total performance of the 18 hospitals was calculated.Conclusion The results of the evaluation showed steady improvement of medical services quality.The DRGs evaluation method is applicable in the city.
