摘　　要：本文着重探讨了影响安全文化因素(团队领导、团队交流与协作、安全责任与义务)以及评估和提升医疗团队安全文化的方法,并指出了未来需要深入研究的方向和领域。安全文化的发展实际包含了安全意识、优秀领导、高效团队协作与交流等方面,适用于任何一个专科。This article discussed ways to influence safety culture factors(team leadership,team communication and collaboration,safety responsibilities and obligations),and to assess and improve the safety culture of medical teams,and pointed out areas and issues requiring further research.The development of safety culture actually involved safety awareness,excellent leadership,efficient teamwork and communication,and was applicable to any discipline.
