摘  要:目的探索住院医师规范化培训师资的临床带教能力培养与培训课程安排。方法对临床教师进行调查,并对其临床带教能力进行考核,探讨适合临床教师的规范化培训带教能力的培训课程。结果92.23%的教师对培训表示满意,认为对提高临床带教能力帮助很大,排序前三位的课程依次为临床带教标准操作、临床带教示范与点评以及临床教师带教经验分享。结论从培训内容、组织管理和培训形式等方面,不断完善住院医师规范化培训师资培训课程,提高教师临床带教能力。Objective To explore training strategy of the clinical teaching ability and training course arrangement of resident standardized training teachers.Method A cluster sampling survey was conducted on clinical teachers to assess their clinical teaching ability,and to explore the traning courses useful for developing their teaching ability for standardized training.Results 92.23%of the teachers were satisfied with the training,thinking that the training was helpful for improving their clinical teaching ability.The top three helpful courses were standard operation,clinical teaching demonstration and comments,and clinical teaching experience sharing.Conclusion The contents,management and forms of training for teachers of the residents’standardized training should be continuously improved to improve their ability of clinical teaching.
