摘 要:根据检验人员管理的现状及存在的问题,依据ISO15189认证标准,介绍医院检验人员培训、考核、能力评估与授权体系的建立和管理情况,描述人员管理制度的完善、"岗位说明书""岗位能力评估表"的编制和培训考评机制的落实情况,通过PDCA进行持续改进、充实和完善,形成规范的质量管理体系,使培训质量不断提高、检验人员的检验技能不断提升。According to the present situation and existing problems of personnel management in laboratory department and the requirements of ISO 15189,the article introduced the establishment and management of training,ability assessment and authorization system for laboratory staff in the hospital.This article described the improvement of personnel management system,the compilation of"job description"and"post competence evaluation form",and the implementation of training evaluation mechanism.PDCA was employed for continuous improvement,enrichment and perfection of quality management system to make it standardized,and to improve training quality and laboratory test skills of the laboratory staff.
