摘 要:目的探讨基于微信平台的同伴教育在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至9月温州医科大学附属第二医院育英儿童医院收治的行PCI手术的104例冠心病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组52人,对照组52人,对照组出院后给予常规教育,包括电话回访、大课堂教育;干预组给予基于微信平台的同伴教育。比较出院6个月,两组患者的自我管理、自我效能和焦虑抑郁得分。结果干预后,两组患者自我管理得分、自我效能得分均高于干预前,焦虑抑郁得分低于干预前。干预后,干预组自我管理总分及各维度得分(急救管理、治疗依从性管理除外)、自我效能得分均显著高于对照组(p<0.05),焦虑抑郁得分显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的同伴教育对PCI患者进行延续护理,效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of peer education based on WeChat platform in PCI patients.Method A total of 104 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI were randomly divided into intervention group(n=51)and control group(n=53)using random number table method.The control group was given routine education after discharge,including telephone follow-up and classroom education.The intervention group was given peer education based on WeChat platform.The scores of self-management,self-efficacy,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups after 6 months of discharge.Results After intervention,the scores of self-management and self-efficacy of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those before intervention.After intervention,the total score of self-management and scores of the dimensions(except emergency management and treatment compliance management),and self-efficacy score of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.05),and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Peer education based on WeChat platform has significant effect on continuous nursing of PCI patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
