药品经营与管理专业建设发展的问题及对策——基于漳州卫生职业学院的实证研究

摘　　要：高职院校在专业建设过程中,存在师资力量不足、课程建设不足、实训基地有待建设、校企合作不够深入、社会服务职能未充分开发等问题。该文基于某卫生职业学院药品经营与管理专业近几年的建设实践,提出药品经营与管理专业建设与发展措施:加强师资队伍建设、加快课程建设、建立药品经营与管理实训室、深化产教融合、增强服务社会能力。以上措施多管齐下,最终取得了良好效果。In the process of professional construction in higher vocational colleges,there were problems such as insufficient teacher strength,insufficient course construction,insufficient training conditions,insufficient school-enterprise cooperation,and insufficient social service.Based on the practice in recent years,Zhangzhou Health Vocational College proposed professional construction and development measures:strengthening the construction of teaching staff,speeding up the curriculum construction,establishing a pharmaceutical business and management training room,deepening the integration of production and education,and enhancing the ability to serve society.The above measures were taken and finally achieved good results.
