医院药学部门管理现状分析与优化建议

摘　　要：药学部门是医院负责药事工作的职能部门,加强药学部门管理,对保证药品管理质量、深入开展临床药学工作、提高合理用药水平以及提升用药服务质量等方面起着至关重要的作用。该文分析了医院药学部门管理现状与存在的问题,并提出加强优化药学部门管理的建议,期望对提高药学部门管理水平有所帮助。Pharmaceutical department is the functional department in charge of pharmacy work in hospital.Strengthening the management of pharmaceutical department plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of drug management,carrying out clinical pharmacy work in depth,improving the level of rational drug use and improving the quality of drug service.this paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of hospital pharmacy department management,and puts forward some optimization suggestions to strengthen the management of hospital pharmacy department,expecting to be helpful to improve the management level of hospital pharmacy department.
