摘　　要：目的:了解医学院校大学新生的心理健康状况及主要的影响因素,为该群体的心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法:选择某医学院校2018级新生,采用大学生心理健康筛查量表、自制问卷和其他量表进行研究,并将该校2015-2018级新生心理健康筛查结果进行纵向对比分析。结果:心理问题平均发生率为17.98%,且无心理问题新生比例呈现逐年上升趋势;在民族、家庭经济条件、专业满意度等方面不同的新生,心理健康状况差异存在统计学意义(均P<0.05);心理健康水平与积极应对、自我接纳、社会支持呈正相关,与负性生活事件、消极应对、自我评价呈负相关(均P<0.01)。结论:某医学院校2015-2018级新生心理健康水平逐年提高,应针对影响心理健康的主要因素加强心理健康教育工作。Objective:To investigate the mental health status in freshmen in a medical university and the factors affecting the mental health status,provide the reference for mental health education.Methods:A survey was performed in the freshmen of grade 2018 in a medical university by using College Students Mental Health Screening Scale,self-administered questionnaire and other questionnaires.The results of mental health screening in the freshmen of this university were longitudinal comparative analyzed from grade 2015 to 2018.Results:Average positive rate of serious and general psychological problems was 17.98%,and the proportion of freshmen without psychological problems had shown an upward trend year by year.To freshmen from different nationalities,economic conditions of families,major satisfaction and other factors,there were statistical differences in mental health status(all P<0.05).Mental health level was positively correlated with positive coping strategy,selfadmission,perceived social support,and negatively correlated with negative life events,negative coping strategy,self-evaluation(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Mental health level of the freshmen from grade 2015 to 2018 in one medical university improved year by year.Mental health education should be targeted at the factors affecting the mental health.
