认知行为团体干预对肺癌术后患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨认知行为团体干预对肺癌术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的效果。方法:93例肺癌术后患者根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理方法,观察组患者接受认知行为团体干预方法。两组患者均采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估患者主观和客观焦虑,以及采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者抑郁。结果:干预后两组患者的SAS评分、HAMA评分、SDS评分均下降。观察组患者SAS评分、HAMA评分、SDS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为团体护理干预模式能够有效缓解肺癌术后患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,有利于患者的康复。Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive behavior group nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of patients after thoracoscopic pneumonectomy.Methods:93 patients after thoracoscopic pneumonectomy were treated.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random mathematical table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given cognitive behavior group nursing intervention.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Milton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate the anxiety of patients from subjective and objective aspects.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)was used to evaluate the depression of patients.The difference between the two groups was observed and the effect of psychological intervention between the two groups was analyzed.Results:The SAS score,HAMA score and SDS score of the observation group and the control group decreased after the intervention,and the SAS score,HAMA score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavior group nursing intervention model can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression of patients after thoracoscopic pneumonectomy,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
