对初发急性白血病患儿家属协同护理模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨协同护理模式对初发急性白血病患儿家属心理弹性及照顾负担的影响。方法:将医院小儿血液科住院治疗且处于发病初期的118例急性白血病患儿家属作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,各59例。对照组患儿接受常规护理干预;观察组患儿在常规护理干预基础上采用协同护理模式进行干预。比较两组干预前后的心理弹性及照顾负担水平。结果:干预后观察组的心理弹性水平优于对照组,照顾负担水平弱于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:协同护理模式与常规护理模式相比,能明显提高急性白血病患儿家属的心理弹性,减轻其照顾负担水平,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To explore the effect of cooperative nursing mode on the psychological elasticity and care burden of families of children with initial acute leukemia.Methods:118 family members of children with acute leukemia who were hospitalized in the pediatric hematology department of a third-class first-class hospital were at the initial stage of onset were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 59 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.On the basis of routine nursing intervention,the observation group adopted cooperative nursing mode for intervention.The psychological flexibility and care burden level before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the psychological elasticity level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the care burden level was weaker than that of the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional nursing mode,the cooperative nursing mode can obviously improve the psychological elasticity of the families of children with acute leukemia and reduce their care burden,which is worthy of clinical application.
