品管圈活动在降低骨牵引及外固定支架针道感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低针道感染中的作用。方法:成立QCC活动小组,确立活动主题,回顾性分析2017年1月-9月行骨牵引及外固定架手术76例患者针道感染发生率。运用PDCA循环原则,分析感染原因,制定对策并实施,与2017年10月-2018年5月开展QCC活动后的87例患者进行比较,评估QCC的作用。结果:QCC活动前后骨牵引及外固定架患者术后针道感染发生率由38.2%下降至9.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:QCC活动不仅降低了骨牵引及外固定支架针道感染的发生率,同时使圈员掌握了质量管理工具的应用技巧。Objective:To explore the role of QCC activity in reducing the infection of pin tract.Methods:A QCC activity group was set up to establish the theme of the activity.The incidence of pin tract infection in 76 patients who underwent bone traction and external fixation from January to September 2017 was analyzed retrospectively.Based on PDCA circulation principle,the cause of infection was analyzed and the countermeasures were implemented,then the pin tract infection of 87 patients after QCC activities from October 2017 to May 2018 was compared to evaluate the effect of QCC.Result:The incidence of pin tract infection decreased from 38.2%to 9.2%after QCC activity(P<0.01);Conclusion:QCC activity not only reduces the incidence of pin tract infection in bone traction and external fixation,but also enables the circle members to master the skills of quality management tools.
