摘  要:目的:探讨一次性薄膜手套在机械通气患者开放式吸痰中的应用效果。方法:2018年11-12月,根据科室床位布局,将大厅左边的10张床位收治的17例机械通气患者设为对照组,右边的10张床位收治的15例机械通气患者设为试验组。吸痰操作时对照组将呼吸机延长管置于治疗巾上;试验组将呼吸机延长管包裹于一次性薄膜手套内。比较两组吸痰操作时呼吸机管道内喷出管外的冷凝水的污染情况。结果:试验组吸痰操作时呼吸机管道内冷凝水喷出管外污染环境物体表面的发生率为5.03%,明显少于对照组的86.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一次性薄膜手套能有效解决开放式吸痰时断开呼吸机时管道内冷凝水喷出后产生的气溶胶所引起环境物表污染问题,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of disposable film gloves in open sputum aspiration of mechanical ventilation patients.Methods:From November to December 2018,17 patients with mechanical ventilation in 10 beds on the left side of the hall were divided into control group and 15 patients with mechanical ventilation in 10 beds on the right side were divided into experimental group.During sputum suction operation,the control group placed the ventilator extension tube on the treatment towel;the experimental group wrapped the ventilator extension tube in disposable film gloves.The contamination of condensate in and out of the ventilator tube during sputum suction operation was compared between the two groups.Results:During the sputum aspiration operation,the incidence rate of the surface polluted by condensate water in the ventilator tube was 5.03%,significantly lower than that of the control group(86.16%),and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:Disposable membrane gloves can effectively solve the problem of environmental surface pollution caused by aerosol produced by condensed water in the pipe when the ventilator is disconnected during open sputum aspiration,which is worthy of clinical application.
