摘　　要：目的:观察赵氏雷火灸联合针刺对周围性面瘫后遗症的影响。方法:选取2018年1~12月在苏州大学第一附属医院针灸科门诊就诊并经临床确诊的周围性面瘫后遗症患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组在普通针刺的基础上给予雷火灸治疗,对照组患者仅采取普通针刺治疗,治疗12周后对两组患者进行House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、改良Portmann评分及疗效评价。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组House-Brackmann面神经功能分级以及改良Portmann评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结论:赵氏雷火灸在周围性面瘫后遗症疗效明显。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhao’s Thunder-Fire Moxibustion and acupuncture therapy combined with sequelae of Peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: From January to December 2018, 100 patients with sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture plus Zhao’s Thunder-Fire Moxibustion. After 12 weeks of treatment, House-Brackmann(H≥B) facial nerve function classification, improved Portmann score and curative effect were performed in both groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The functional classification of the facial nerve and the modified Portmann score of House-Brackmannundefineds facial nerve in the observation group were superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Zhao’s Thunder-Fire Moxibustion plus conventional acupuncture for sequelae of facial paralysis have a better effect than simple conventional acupuncture.
