摘　　要：肩周炎是推拿科常见病种,中医属痹症范畴,本虚标实为其基本病机。石玉生主任根据多年临床经验运用"时相性辨证"理念,应用中西医结合疗法治疗肩周炎临床取得了较为满意的临床疗效。根据疾病发展规律进行辨证为"时相性辨证":①急性期多为风寒湿痹证和气滞血瘀证,治宜祛风胜湿止痛,可用羌活胜湿汤加减+悬钟透刺法治疗;②黏连期多属肝肾亏虚证,治宜滋补肝肾,可用独活寄生汤加减+牵拨法推拿结合西医治疗;③恢复期多属气虚血亏证,以患者自主锻炼为主,配合局部贴服活血化瘀膏药治疗。Introduce Professor Shi Yusheng’s experience in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis using acupuncture and massage. Scapulohumeral periarthritis is a common disease in the Department of Massage. Chinese medicine belongs to the category of snoring. The virtual target is its basic pathogenesis. Based on his many years of clinical experience, Director Shi Yusheng combined the concepts of"time-to-phase"and achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis using integrated Chinese and Western medicine. According to the law of disease development, the concepts of"time-to-phase": ①In the acute stage, most of them are wind-cold dampness arthralgia syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, the treatment should be treated by dispelling wind and relieving dampness and relieving pain, it can be treated with Qiang Huo Shengshi decoction plus subtractive in combination with the treatment of the long-clock penetration.②The adhesive stage is mostly due to deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney, the treatment is suitable for nourishing liver and kidney, and can be treated with Duhuo parasitic decoction plus subtractive, and treatment of traction massage combined with western medicine.③In the convalescent stage, most of them were qi deficiency and blood deficit syndrome, which were mainly treated with self-exercise and local application of Huoxue Huayu ointment.
