摘 要:多电平逆变器具有器件应力小、谐波含量少、等效开关频率低等优点,广泛应用于中高压大容量电能变换场合。该文对采用开关电容/开关电感的多电平逆变器进行分析总结,为构造具有器件数量少、电容电压/电感电流自平衡等特点的高性能多电平逆变器提供思路。文章首先介绍开关电容、开关电感基本单元的构成形式和工作原理,分别从直流侧和交流侧举出开关电容/电感与多电平结合的例子。根据电容/电感、串联/并联等对偶性,从可充当独立电压源的开关电容基本单元出发给出可充当独立电流源的开关电感基本单元,实现了对现有电流源型拓扑的优化。最后给出替代组合、对偶推广等构造新多电平拓扑的方法,并指出开关电容/电感谐振单元实现谐振软开关的思路。Multilevel inverter has the advantages of low component stress,low harmonic content and low equivalent switching frequency,and is widely used in the medium-high voltage and large-capacity power conversion applications.The switched capacitor/switched inductor multilevel inverters were analyzed and summarized,so as to provide ideas for constructing high-performance multilevel inverters with few components and self-balancing capacitor voltage/self-balancing inductor current.Firstly,the configuration and working principle of the basic units of switched capacitor and switched inductor were introduced,and examples of the combination of switched capacitor/inductor and multilevel inverter were given from DC side and AC side respectively.According to the duality of capacitance/inductance,series/parallel,etc.the basic unit of switched inductor which can act as independent current source was given from the basic unit of switched capacitor which can act as independent voltage source,which realizes the optimization of existing current source topology.Finally,the methods of constructing new multilevel topology such as alternative combination and dual promotion were given,and the idea of realizing resonant soft switch by switching capacitance/inductance resonant unit was pointed out.
