摘 要:目的了解食管癌根治手术患者术前等待手术时的心理需求,为提高食管癌患者围手术期护理满意度,改进术前等待护理质量提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法,对实施食管癌根治的10位手术患者进行半结构式访谈,访谈资料运用七步分析方法进行分析、归纳。结果通过对访谈资料进行分析与归纳,患者术前等待的心理需求主要有3个方面,分别为保暖和如厕的生理需求、核对无误的安全需求、手术相关的信息需求。结论术前等待间是患者进入手术房间的最后一个环节,需要引起重视,应制定相关措施满足患者心理需求,提高患者的手术配合度和满意率。Objectives To understand psychological needs of patients with esophageal cancer radical operation in preoperative waiting room.To improve the esophageal cancer patients’satisfaction,and to provide reference for nursing in preoperative waiting room.Methods The method of qualitative was adopted.Semi-structural interviews were applied to 10 patients with esophageal cancer radical operation in preoperative waiting room.The interview data was analyzed and summarized by the seven-step analysis method.Results Through the analysis and summarizing the interview data,the psychological needs of patients waiting before surgery mainly have three aspects including the physiological needs of warmth and toilet,the safety requirements for checking the patient information,and the information needs related to surgery.Conclusion Preoperative waiting room is the last step before patient entering the operating room.It needs more attention.The relevant measures should be formulated to meet the psychological needs of patients so that to improve the patient’s surgical cooperation and satisfaction rate.
