摘　　要：目的探讨3M免洗手消毒液启封时间对外科手消毒效果的影响。方法选取手术室内行外科手消毒的126例医务人员,根据3M免洗手消毒液启封的时间分为A组(启封时间≤7天,77例)与B组(启封时间8~14天,49例),3M免洗手消毒液行外科手消毒,观察消毒效果。结果消毒后及手术结束后B组菌落数高于A组(p<0.05);两组洗手前双手皮肤菌落数阳性率为100.00%,消毒后B组和A组的皮肤菌落阳性率分别为8.16%、1.30%,比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),手术结束后B组皮肤菌落阳性率为14.29%,高于A组3.90%(p<0.05);两组消毒后及手术结束时消毒合格率均为100.00%。结论3M免洗手消毒液启封时间在两周之内均可达到外科手消毒标准,但启封时间较长时消毒后皮肤菌落检出率有所增高。Objective To investigate the influence of the unsealing time of 3M hands-washing-free disinfectants on the effect of surgical hand disinfection.Methods A total of 126 medical staff who were treated with surgical hand disinfection were selected.According to the unsealing time of 3M handswashing-free disinfectants,subjects were divided into group A(unsealing time≤7 days,77 cases)and group B(8≤unsealing time≤14 days,49 cases).After doctors performing surgical hand disinfection with 3M hands-free disinfectants,the disinfection effect was observed.Results The number of colonies both after disinfection and after operation in group B was higher than that in group A(p<0.05).The positive rate of skin colonies in hands before hand washing was 100.00%.The positive rate of skin colonies after disinfection in group B and group A was 8.16.%,and 1.30%.The difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).After operation,the positive rate of skin colonies in group B was 14.29%,which was higher than 3.90%in group A(p<0.05).The pass rate of both groups after disinfection and after operation was 100.00%.Conclusion Using the 3M hands-washing-free disinfectants with the unsealing time within two weeks can reach the standard of surgical hand disinfection.However,the detection rate of skin colonies after would increase with the unsealing time being longer.
