利用A-F方法对江西省罗霄山片区农村多维贫困测量

摘　　要：基于江西省罗霄山片区15个国家贫困县(市)农村地区调研数据,利用A-F多维贫困测量方法,从经济收入、教育水平、生活水平、健康水平和交通等5个维度,对江西省罗霄山片区多维贫困进行测度。结果表明:江西省罗霄山片区有82.13%农村家庭至少存在3个指标的贫困,其中教育年限、交通工具、家庭健康和人均收入等4个指标对江西省罗霄山片区农村多维贫困指数的贡献率相对较大,而且该地区存在不同程度的多维贫困现象。根据研究结果提出相关建议,为江西省罗霄山片区今后精准扶贫政策的制定提供参考,也为政府今后制定该地区反贫困工作提供重要参考依据。Based on the analysis of the survey data of 15 rural poverty-stricken counties(cities)in the Luoxiao Mountain Area of Jiangxi Province in 2017,A-F multidimensional poverty measurement method is used in this work.By using five dimensions such as economic income,educational level,living standard,health level and traffic,the Luoxiao Mountain area of multi-dimensional poverty is measured,calculated and analyzed.The results show that there are at least three indicators of poverty in 82.13%of rural households in Luoxiao Mountain Area,and that the contribution rate of education period,transportation,family health and per capita income to the rural multi-dimensional poverty index of Luoxiao Mountain Area is relatively high.This study shows that there are different degrees of multi-dimensional poverty in this region.The investigation argues that the local government should improve the present situation of poverty in rural areas of Luoxiao Mountain area from various dimensions,such as increasing poverty alleviation efforts in education,transportation,health and other aspects of poverty alleviation efforts.The results of this study will provide an important reference value for the development of the local poverty alleviation policy of Luoxiao Mountain area in the future.It is also an important reference for the government to perform antipoverty work in future.
