摘 要:高速连铸中二冷区冷却强度大,对传热均匀性要求更高,与内混式气水雾化喷嘴的高速液滴形成和迁移行为等密切相关。如能提高喷嘴的冷却均匀性和冷却强度,则可提升高速连铸的铸坯质量。基于前人研究,总结了雾化液滴与高温铸坯表面之间的传热机理以及内混式气水雾化喷嘴雾化效果的影响因素,并提出下一步的研究方向。In the high-speed continuous casting, the cooling intensity of the secondary cooling zone is large, and the heat transfer uniformity is higher. It is closely related to the high-speed droplet formation and migration behavior of the internal mixing atomizing nozzle. Increasing the cooling uniformity and cooling strength of the nozzle can improve the quality of the cast slab for high speed continuous casting. Based on previous studies, this paper summarizes the heat transfer mechanism between the atomized droplets and the surface of the high temperature slab and the influencing factors of the atomization effect of the internal atomizing nozzle, and proposes the research direction for the subsequent studies.
