摘　　要：以抚顺市为例对森林资源流转现状、存在的问题进行了全面的分析,并对森林资源流转的健康有序发展提出对策建议。Taking Fushun city as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the current situation and existing problems about circulation of forest resource,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy and orderly development of the circulation of forest resource.
