摘 要:水库兴建后,库区沿程水位雍高,流速变小,水流挟沙力下降,河床会淤积抬高[1]。同时,库区淤积又会引起水库水位的沿程变化,因此需要进行水库回水计算,计算建库后未淤积情况和淤积一定年限后的库区回水水面线沿程变化情况,以此确定水库淹没处理范围。合理确定水库淹没处理范围,为水库建设征地与移民安置提供科学的依据,拟定库区防护迁移方案。After the construction of the reservoir,the water level along the reservoir area is elevated,the flow velocity decreases,the sediment carrying capacity of the flow decreases,and the riverbed will be silted up and raised.At the same time,the reservoir siltation will cause the change of water level along the reservoir,so it is necessary to calculate the backwater of the reservoir,the non-silting situation after the construction of the reservoir and the change of backwater surface line along the reservoir after a certain number of years of siltation,so as to determine the scope of the reservoir submergence treatment.Then this paper reasonably determined the scope of reservoir submergence treatment,provided a scientific basis for land acquisition and resettlement of reservoir construction,and drew up a plan for reservoir protection and migration.
