摘  要:立式拱顶储罐是石油储备最普遍的罐型,当储罐处于火灾环境下,油罐罐壁在火焰烘烤下温度迅速上升,罐体强度随温度的升高而降低。因罐内油液高温蒸发、压力增大,导致罐体材料强度降低,储罐有发生爆炸的危险。对常温条件下拱顶油罐的力学性能进行分析,是研究火灾环境下油罐力学性能的基础。利用有限元方法对3 000m^3立式拱顶油罐的力学性能进行计算和分析,得出油罐的最大失效应力和失效位移,可为油罐的失效预警提供判定数据。Vertical dome roof tank is the most common tank type for petroleum reserves. When the tank is on fire,the temperature of the tank wall rises rapidly under the flame. The tank’s structural strength decreases with the increase of temperature. Due to the oil evaporation under high temperature and the increased pressure of the oil in the tank,the strength of the tank material is reduced and the tank is in danger of explosion. The analysis of the mechanical properties of the dome roof tank under normal temperature is the basis of the study of the mechanical properties of the tank under fire environment. In this paper,the mechanical properties of 3 000 m^3 vertical dome roof oil tank are calculated and analyzed by using the finite element method. The maximum failure stress and displacement of the oil tank are obtained,providing data necessary for the failure early warning of the oil tank.
